César Liang is a filmmaker of Chinese descent who resides in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Most of his films focus on social issues occurring in his country.
 

In 2021, his short film Bruja was selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, the most influential fantasy film festival in Asia.
 

In October 2023, his short film "What's Left Behind" was screened at the TCL Chinese Theatre, the most iconic cinema venue, as part of the Screamfest 2023, right in front of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

César Liang es un cineasta de origen chino que reside en Tegucigalpa, Honduras. La mayoría de sus películas se centran en temas sociales que ocurren en su país.

 

En 2021, su cortometraje "Bruja" llegó al Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, el festival de cine fantástico más importante de Asia.

 

En octubre de 2023, su cortometraje "Lo Que Dejas Atrás" se proyectó en TCL Chinese Theatre, el teatro más icónico del cine, como parte del Screamfest 2023 frente al paseo de la fama en Hollywood.
